		Backshells for Mil-DTL-38999 Rear accessories for cylindrical connectors (Mil-C-26482 Series I, Mil-DTL-38999 Series and derived from) including straight and angled versions, backnuts, cable clamps, adaptor for heatshrink molded piece or for overmoulding, EMI version through different termination technologies (braid soldering, clamping, stainless steel band system)...


		CTV / Mil-DTL-38999 III / EN3645 Composite subminiature screw-type cylindrical connector with anti-decoupling system that are designed for the most stringent applications and have the key-advantage of the very low weight with contact protection via scoop-proof design. CTV connectors are qualified under the Mil-DTL-38999 Series III standard. 9 Shells sizes, up to 128 contacts, including power patterns, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax and Optical termini. The new high density inserts are compatile with composite connectors too, increasing furthermore the contact density for the same weight.


		Ecta series The Ecta series is a circular push pull connectors for industrial applications. - Ecta 133 : Metallic shell, wide range of contact sizes and high contact densities - Ecta 544 : Plastic shell, 3 shell sizes and 11 contact arrangements


		EZ 5015 - Easy and quick cabling The Amphenol EZ 5015 series combines all the advantages of a standard MIL-C-5015 industrial connector, with the simplicity of spring cage terminations usually used in terminal blocks.No more need for cabling skills and specific cabling tools. A standard screwdriver is sufficient to terminate the cable to the connector, in less than 30 secondes for 4 contacts. The EZ 5015 series is metallic, with thread or bayonet coupling and two levels of sealing IP55 or IP67. The EZ 5015 20-4 has 3 contacts of 20 A and one First Mate Last Break Earth contact, optionaly grounded to the shell. This serie is intermateable with all MIL-C-5015 20-4 connectors of any other sources. Spring cage termination allows to avoid any lead used to solder traditional contacts, which conforms to RoHS directives. The maximum permissible wire section is 2,5 mm2 (AWG 14). The plug is connected on the receptacle with a thread coupling or a bayonet coupling which allows a tactile or auditive mating confirmation.

		PP39 / Push Pull Cylindrical Push-Pull connectors with same dimensions and inserts as Mil-DTL-38999 connectors. Mechanical and Electrical performances meet or exceed the ones of Mil-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, class W or F. 9 Shells sizes, up to 128 contacts, including power patterns, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax and Optical termini. 		PT/451 The must in robust connectors, the 451/PT range is designed for all industrial environments. Its excellent position in terms of market prices and our short lead-times (3 weeks for the most common versions) make it a reference in the field of cylindrical bayonet metal interconnection.


		SJT / VG96912 / JN1003 Subminiature bayonet cylindrical connector derived from Mil-DTL-38999 Series and scoop-proof. The receptacles are intermountable (same panel cut out) with Mil-C-26482 and with Mil-DTL-38999 Series II. The JN versions can meet the performance levels required for the Eurofighter. 9 Shells sizes, up to 128 contacts, including power patterns, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax and Optical termini.


		SL 61 series solder contacts - split shell - 4 sizes of contacts : 7.5A / 10A / 25A / 50A - Principally aimed at I/O applications, the SL61 connectors are available in 4 types of housing (10, 20, 30 and 40) and 26 arrangements from 2 to 61 mixed solder contacts. Connectors are made of aluminium alloy which provides them excellent reliability and robustness. When application requires greater performances, the sealing can be improved by the use of a spayproofing sleeve.


		SLR series crimp contacts - 2 sizes of contacts : 13A / 25A - IP67 - SLR series connectors are derived from the standard SLX and have particularity to be well adapted to applications in harsh environments (shocks, vibrations, humidity) like shelters, off shore or building sites activities.


		SLS series solder contacts "split shell" 3 sizes of contacts : 10A / 25A / 50A ground contact - The SLS circular connectors are principally aimed at I/O applications, which require a total security in use. Derived from SL series, SLS connectors have the particularity to provide an earth contact bonded to the connector shell. SLS connectors are available as SL connectors in 4 shell sizes (10, 20, 30 and 40) in 11 contact arrangements from 3 to 26 mixed brazed contacts. Additionally, their metallised cable clamps offer a total security and outstanding EMI/RFI capability.


		SLX series crimp contacts "split shell" 3 sizes of contacts : 7.5A / 13A / 25A performances according to NFF61030 - SLX series are derivated from the standard SL series, and have the particularuty to use machined contacts with crimp barrels. The neoprene insert provides a use in temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, the possibility to change the contacts for reparation, and an higher test voltage capability. 12 different contacts arrangements are available which include different contacts gauges (20, 16, 12) in the four different shell sizes 10, 20, 30 and 40. SLX series panel drilling is the sames as for SL series and SLX series connectors are intermatable with SL connectors (SLX plug with SL receptacle and vice versa).

		RFM series - rack & panel connectors The use of the blind mate connections is increasingly frequent in current industry : Cupboards, shelters, special machines Our modular floating rack, certified NFF61032, the RFM series, has a very good behaviour in vibration and authorizes a great number of cycles (up to 5000) with a low insertion force. RFM series is available in crimp and wrapping contacts and accept intensity from 8A to 60A.

		RNJ RNJ rack and panel connectors with realignment capability designed for harsh environment in term of sealing, shocks, vibrations and EMI-RFI protection. RNJ connectors are designed to connect electrical devices between a moving unit (rack) and a fixed unit (panel). The locking of the mating pair(s) is ensured by the mechanical device of the rack. RNJ connectors are available in jam nut shell configurations. The RNJ receptacle is mateable with a Mil-DTL-38999 Series I plug as well for easy testing of the rack system. All Mil-DTL-38999 Series I -from shell size 11 to 25 - and additional LPHD -size 23 contacts- insert patterns are available in RNJ version, including Signal, Power, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax. For optical termini, please consult the RNJOP with high performance dedicated inserts for 2,5mm ferules. Hermetic versions available too.

		RNJ LP RNJ-LP -the Low Profile version- of the RNJ is designed to match the panel to panel dimensional specifications of Arinc 404 and Arinc 600 providing a very compact rack & panel interconnect solution. RNJLP connectors are available in jam nut and square flange shell configurations. Moreover, RNJLP connectors can withstand differential pressure per design, key point for avionic applications. All Mil-DTL-38999 Series III and additional LPHD -size 23 contacts- insert patterns are available in RNJLP version, including Signal, Power, Coax, Twinax, Triax, Differential Twinax, Quadrax and Optical termini through high performance dedicated inserts for 2,5mm ferules. 		TRAINING Amphenol consider the training as an important service to its customers. Each training is customized following each customer's requirement. Amphenol provides a full training on : Basic theoretical knowledge, Practical assembly knowledge on both butt joint and expanded beam connectors. Individual handbooks are provided during and after the training for an optimal support. General technical training can meet the following: Introduction to Fiber Optics, Fiber technologies advantages, Connector technologies (Butt Joint, Expanded beams, MM and SM), Termination process for Singleway, Multiway, Butt joint or Expanded Beam connectors.

		SMASH Rectangular PCB connector (Surface Mount Rectangular Amphenol Socapex Hi-density) respecting the SEM-E form factor (Line Replaceable Module). The metallic shell is equiped with Grounding/Guiding pins, the contacts are screw-machined and sockets integrate the Starclips technology, which confers high performance and cost-effectiveness. Very suitable for Harsh Environment including Schocks, Vibrations and High Temperature. From 1 to 3 bays with 150 signals per bay (Chevron Grid), Differential Signal and Optical Termini are also available.
