La serie R-VPX Evolution 2.0 di Amphenol Socapex offre un sistema di interconnessione COTS che fornisce velocità di trasferimento dati senza precedenti, fino a 32 Gb/s, rendendoli i connettori VITA 46.30 più veloci disponibili. Questi connettori sono qualificati per le applicazioni Open VPX e sono completamente intercambiabili e intermontabili con i connettori VITA 46 esistenti, superando al contempo gli standard VITA 47. I connettori R-VPX Evolution 2.0 sono caratterizzati da un sistema di contatto a quattro punti rinforzato e da un sistema di connettori a bassa forza di accoppiamento. Sono conformi alla specifica 46.30 e supportano vari protocolli come Ethernet, Fiber Channel, InfiniBand e altri. I connettori possono essere combinati con moduli ad alta potenza, moduli RF (VITA 67) e moduli ottici (VITA 66).
