Amphenol Socapex's VITA 66.1 and 66.4 are part of the company's family of products for blind-mate optical MT Module/Backplane connector systems. These connectors are designed to meet the VITA 66.1 and 66.4 open architecture specifications and are built with robust technology for use in severe environments. They feature multiple alignment guide features and support industry-standard MT ferrules. With spring-loaded floating MT ferrules, these connectors can accommodate up to 24 fiber optic channels per ferrule and up to 48 fiber optic channels per connector. No special tooling is required for assembly, making these connectors a versatile choice for a range of applications in commercial and military aerospace, electronic systems, and C5ISR."
