The Amphenol Socapex 127/HE807 cable version is a reliable and robust hybrid solution specifically designed for board-to-cable and cable-to-cable connections in demanding environments such as civil and military aerospace, rail, industrial, and C6ISR sectors.
Fully compatible with standard HE807 connectors on the market, it offers excellent integration flexibility with mixed configurations combining signal, power (10 A or 20 A), and coaxial (50 Ω) contacts. The series supports combinations from 5 to 84 signal contacts and 3 to 10 special (power or coaxial) contacts.
For cabling, the connector features two termination options for signal contacts:
– Crimp contacts (X/X1/S11), suitable for cable gauges from AWG 22 to 26
– Solder cup contacts (Z/ZC/Z1), accepting conductors up to Ø 1 mm [0.039"] with a cross-section of 0.78 mm² [0.0012 in²]
Power and coaxial contacts are only available with solder terminations to ensure optimal performance.
With a staggered 2.54 mm [0.100"] pitch, the 127/HE807 connector offers an ideal balance between compactness, density, and mechanical strength. Certified to NF C/UTE 93-424 and available in RoHS-compliant versions, it is a reliable, versatile, and field-proven cabling solution, perfectly suited for mixed-architecture systems operating in harsh environments.
