The Amphenol Socapex 2M 804 connectors are micro-miniature circular connectors that feature push-pull/quick-disconnect coupling, making them easy to use and highly reliable. With more than 35 contact arrangements available, ranging from 1 to 85 contacts, these connectors offer excellent EMI shielding, making them ideal for use in military applications such as battlefield communication, C5ISR, military avionics, missiles & UAVS, and soldier-worn equipment.

The 2M 804 connectors are available in several receptacle and plug styles, including square flange, jam nut, and in-line, with standard crimp versions using integrated backshells and epoxy potted PC tails versions. They are made of durable materials, including aluminum with olive drab cadmium, black zinc nickel, nickel, or Durmalon plating and stainless steel with passivated or nickel-plated finish.

These connectors have a maximum shell to shell conductivity of 2.5 mO, insulation resistance of 5.103 mO at ambient temperature, and contact rating from 5 to 23 Amps. They can withstand up to 1,000 mating cycles and operate within a temperature range of -65degC to 150degC. When mated and fully cabled, they have an IPX7 rating, providing protection against water ingress.
